Work time transfer

With the Work time transfer function, it is possible to define what happens to incoming calls when a person cannot answer the call. The settings can be done in two different modes:

  1. Transfer, no announcement: The call will be transferred according to the settings, but an announcement will not be played

  2. Announcement and transfer: An announcement will be played before the call is transferred (according to the settings)

The status and transfer options are as follows:

When selecting the Announcement and transfer mode, the transfer settings are like in the table above, but in addition on them, it is also possible to write an announcement to be played to the caller before the call is transferred. The written announcement(s) will be played to the caller by Enreach text to speech algorithm.
