Voice for Windows user guide

Voice for Windows (VfW), previously known as BeneVoice for Windows (BVfW) and BeneDesk for Windows (BDfW) is a native Windows application for calling and handling and managing other customer service communication. The user interface can be adapted to various user roles and customer needs, from the very basic softphone to the Switchboard up to a full Call center application. This makes it easier to offer a suitable set of services per user and for each customer according to a specific user needs.
