Login

There are two different ways to login into the system:

• Normal login

• If logging in fails or if the password is forgotten

Normal login

1. Start the program by clicking the Voice for Windows icon:

   Open

   

    

2. Fill in your username and password:

   Open

   

    

3. Click the Login button

If login fails or if password is forgotten

If the login fails, Voice for Windows shows a notification on the bottom of the login dialog and on the right-hand side lower corner of the Windows desktop:

If the password is forgotten, click the Forgot password? link and fill the needed information.

Fill your username and click the Search button:

Fill your username and phone number and click the Send request button:

An email message will be sent to your email address with instructions to reset your password.

After filling a new password, click the Set new password button:

You can now login with your username and new password.
