The user interface contents depend on the user’s role and permissions.

The user interface is divided vertically into three areas:

1. Service pools

2. Softphone

3. Directory, personal call history and availability

Open

User interface can also be customized to, for example:

• Display service pools in separate window

• Hide service pools

• Show applications (if any configured)
