Front page
After opening the app for first time, you land on the front page. Front page gives you an overview on what happens to your calls, and what are your most important settings.

Side menu. Personal settings and information about the app. See below.
Statistics. Numbers about your calls and service queues. See below.
Search. Directory contacts, queues and queue users can be searched.
Availability. Your current status and details about how you are receiving your calls on your work and mobile numbers. Call transfers are also displayed here. See Availability.
Upcoming availabilities. Future upcoming availabilities are displayed here if you have created any. See Upcoming availabilities.
Voicemail. Number of unread voicemail messages and access to the messages. See below.
Service queues. Names or number of queues you are currently active in. See Service queues.
Display number. The phone number which will be displayed to recipient when you call them. See below.
Home. Navigates back to the Front page.
Contacts. Access your organization’s contacts. See Contacts.
History. Call history for personal and service queue calls. Number of missed calls is displayed as red badge on the History icon.
Call cases. Callback and calling lists with full calling and managing functions. See Call cases.
Some of the above areas may require specific products activated or user permissions to be visible.
If the card has an arrow to right, then you can access related settings.

Opens a profile view where user can view and possibly edit profile information.

What’s new
Opens a view where user can see what's new and what has been changed in latest installed app version
Send feedback
Opens a view where user can leave feedback via feedback form. For app problems users should contact support instead of using the feedback form.

Statistics
Shows numbers about your calls and the current situation in service queues. It is an easy way to check, for example, how many calls you have answered or made.
The view can be refreshed to fetch the latest numbers.
Calls
This tab displays the amount of phone calls you have received and made in any of your phone terminals. Numbers are divided into periods of last 24 hours, last 7 days and last 30 days.
Missed calls: calls that did not reach you
Answered calls: calls that you answered
Calls made - unanswered: calls that you made and were not answered
Calls made - answered: calls that you made and were answered
Further call details can be found from call history.
Queues
These numbers tell you what is going on in service queues at the moment. The numbers are displayed about the service queues you have access to even if you haven’t joined them or if you are not active in them.
Total active calls: number of ongoing calls int the queues at the moment
Total callers in queues: number of callers waiting in all queues
Max waiting time: maximum waiting time in queue and the queue name. Multiple queues may have the same value.
Longest queue length: longest queue length in queue and queue name. Multiple queues may have the same value.

Search
You can search contacts, service queues and service queue users by a keyword.
Results are displayed minimized per category:
Each category can be expanded to reveal the actual search results:
Each result can be clicked to open more details.
Voicemail
If there are new voicemail messages, the card is highlighted in red, and the number of new messages is displayed.
Selecting the card opens a new view where the voicemail messages can be viewed with full voicemail history. Messages can be played back, and you can call back to the person who left the message.
Voicemail settings can be accessed from settings via side menu from front page. Settings
Voicemail greeting is played to the caller using text-to-speech before they leave a voicemail message
Menu target is an optional target phone number for incoming callers they can choose to be transferred to.
Display number
The number shown to call recipient when you are calling. The selected number is used in all terminals and with all calls.
