Call information

In the Call information view, a user can see history of their own calls. View can be filtered with different criteria.

Calls can be filtered by:

  • Start time

  • End time (Start and End time can be at most 31 days apart)

  • Source number

  • Destination number

  • Call result

Call result has following options for filtering:

  • All - all call results, both inbound and outbound

  • Answered - both inbound and outbound

  • Not answered - outbound, not answered

  • Transferred - calls the user has transferred

  • Allocation - incoming calls from a service pool to the user

Number on the list can be called by using the green phone icon:

Clicking the blue icon opens more detailed call information:

A new window is opened where further call information can be viewed and call recording can be listened to.
