Call information, Voice Center

A user can see his/her own calls detailed information on the Call information page. This page contains very easy to use and versatile search tools for searching the call information.

The call information can be filtered by start and end times. There are also other ways to filter the results, e.g. call direction or status, if the call has been answered or not answered.

  1. By clicking the Info button, can be seen the selected call’s detailed information

  2. If call recording has been in use, it is possible to listen the recording by clicking the Play icon

  3. Only calls with Privacy status Work is allowed be listened to

Notice!
It is illegal to listen to calls with the Private status.

Searching the call information

  1. Open the Call information functionality

  2. Select the search Start and End dates from the Calendar

    • The dates are selected from the Calendar and confirmed with the Ok button

  3. Detailed call information can be shown by clicking the More button

  4. The user is selected from the User drop down menu

  5. Calls according to the selected criteria are listed by clicking the Search button
