Main page

On the main page, you can find the following sections:

1. Availability

2. Settings

3. Call information

4. Directory

5. CC Dashboard

6. BeneReports

7. BeneHelpDesk

8. Start managing

The Main menu on the left-hand side of the main page and the main page icons give a fast and smooth access to all functions.

Open

On the main page can be found also the following functions:

• Quick availability

• Personal settings

  • Changing the password and PIN code

  • Changing the profile picture

  • User interface editing

Quick availability

Clicking the Quick availability button opens a menu, where can be found the following choices:

• Off-work (Continuous)

• Available

• Do Not Disturb (60 min)

• Lunch (30 min)

The selections will take effect immediately.

Open

Personal settings

Personal settings can be opened by clicking the Personal settings button on the right-hand side upper corner. In the personal settings include the following:

• Changing the password and PIN code

• Set a profile picture

• Change the Main menu location

• Log out
  
  

Changing the password and PIN code

The password and PIN code can be set in the personal settings menu by clicking the Change password or Change PIN accordingly (see above).

• For changing the password must fill:

  • Present password

  • New password

  • Confirm the password

• For changing the PIN code:

  • Type in the new PIN

The changes are confirmed by clicking the Save button.
Note! If changing both sections, Password and PIN, the Save button bust be also clicked in both sections.

Changing the profile picture

The user's profile picture can be changed in the Personal settings by clicking the Manage profile photo button.

• To choose the picture, click the Choose file button

• Confirm the selection by clicking the Save button

• To remove the picture, click the red Delete button

Editing the user interface

The Main menu location can be choosed to be on the top of the page or on the left hand side of the page. It is also possible to choose if the Main menu text are shown. The edits can be made, as follows:

• Click the Personal settings button

• Click the Customize interface button

• Make the wanted selections

  • The Keep menu horizontal selection moves the main menu to the top of the page

  • The Hide main menu labels selection hides the menu texts
