Personal directory

The personal directory allows you to upload your phone contacts to the Enreach server. Once uploaded, these contacts can be accessed from other Voice products. The personal directory can also be deleted by disabling the switch.

You have two options for updating the personal directory:

Manual update:

You can manually update the personal directory to match your current phonebook entries.

Automatic update:

For Android: The update is performed by a background process once a day.

For iOS: The update is performed when the user opens the app.
