Contacts

Contacts area can be accessed from top menu:

Open

Any contact can be selected from Contacts view to access its details:

Contact details includes more information about the contact, such as a photo, availability, full name, work number, mobile number, title, email, street address etc. The level of information varies per organization. Contact can also be called and SMS sent to a mobile number.

Ongoing call

If a contact is in a call then they have a red call icon on their user image:

Search

Contacts can be searched by typing any keyword to Search field.

Following fields are searched:

• Mobile number

• Work number

• Other number

• Name

• Phonetic name

• Title

• Email

• Subcompany

• Location

• Department

Multiple search terms

Starting with Voice for Browser 2024.5.0, you can search for contacts using multiple search terms, such as:

• Full name - for example, anna agent or agent anna

• Partial name - for example, an ag or ag an

• Any combination - combine any of the search fields mentioned above - for example, anna support london

Directory change

You may have multiple directories available with each one having different contacts.

A directory can be selected from dropdown menu above the search field:

Mobile directory

Please note: Voice for Android and iOS mobile app allows you to upload contacts from your phone to Enreach cloud via functionality Personal directory. When uploaded, the contacts can be accessed on Voice for Browser under directory Mobile directory. The uploaded contacts are only visible to you and can be managed on the mobile app.
