Call recording pause/resume
Call recording can be paused and resumed manually during a call. Pausing the recording can be useful for example when sensitive personal information is given on the call and recording such information needs to be avoided.
The control for pause/resume appears at bottom of the screen next to green call bar. Clicking on the control pauses and resumes the call recording. Recording can be paused and resumed as many times as necessary during the call. The paused parts are left out from call recording.
When recording is active, the recording icon is red, and a timer is running next to it:
When recording is not active, the icon is grey, and timer is stopped:
If the recording control is not available for the user then it is not displayed:
