Voice Center user guide
Voice Center (formerly known as BeneDesk) is a browser-based user interface, which is used for receiving, transferring and managing phone calls and other customer service communication. The solution supports several different user roles and customer needs beginning from regular telephone usage to call transfers and contact center usage. As the user interface does not include a softphone, a user needs to use separate terminal device such as an IP phone or a cell phone. User licenses define which features a user has in use.
