Post-call transcription, Android and iOS

Please note this is an optional feature and may not be activate for you.

Transcript is the audio of recorded phone call converted into written text through speech recognition. The conversation between call parties is displayed as speech bubbles with timestamps.

Bubble color is lighter if the confidence is lower and darker if the confidence is higher.

If there are multiple recordings in a call, then you can select between the transcripts of each recording.

Post-call transcriptions can be accessed from call histories and voicemails.
