Voice Monitor can be accessed via Voice Center by Enreach using the following link

Access and visibility of the service pools and users within Voice Monitor is based on the management group permissions for the users, configurable in Enreach Portal. More information on this can be found from the data limitation and visibility -section.

If user should have the Voice Monitor product licensed, but the above link is not visible in your Voice Center main page, please contact support.fi@enreach.com
