Filters in Voice Monitor
Voice Monitor has three types of filters
Service pool filters (Service)
These filters can be used to limit which service pools are included in the “Total” -view and in the “Service pool status” / “Service pool group status” / “Service pool location status”-views.
Available Service filters
Location: selects collection of service pools based on configuration in Directory / Location -free text field.
Service pool: selects single or multiple service pools
Service pool group: selects collection of service pools configured in Voice for Windows or Voice Center Beta / Service pool group settings.
Service pool filters apply only for the service pool / location / group / total level -views, these filters do not limit the user level status -view.
User filters (Users)
These filters can only be used to limit which users are included in the “User status” -view.
Available user filters
Location: selects group of users with a same location, defined in the Directory user settings.
Department: selects group of users with a same department, defined in the Directory user settings.
Subcompany: selects group of users with a same sub-company, defined in the Directory user settings.
Team: selects group of users with a same team, defined in the Directory user settings.
Person: selects single or multiple users based on user name, defined in the Directory user settings.
User filters apply only for the user level status -view, these filters do not limit the
“Service pool status” / “Service pool group status” / “Service pool location status” / “TOTAL” -views.
Callback list filters
This filter can only be used to limit which callback lists are included in the “Callback list status” -view.
