Navigation and controls in Voice Monitor

Navigation

• Current version of Voice Monitor consist of single “page” so there are is no need for navigating between different pages

• Moving between the different -views withing the single page is done by clicking the corresponding -view such as “User level status” or “Service pool level status”.

Controls

• Voice Monitor includes following controls

  • Logout: logs the user out from the current Voice Monitor usage session.

  • View sorting: different views can be sorted by clicking the name of the field, e.g. “Name” within the view

  • Items per page / moving between pages: controls how many rows are displayed in a single page within a view and includes controls for moving between the pages

  • Clearing out filters: filters can be cleared by deselecting hte items or by refressing the whole page (F5)
