Introduction

This document is intended for customers, who have purchased a mobile or fixed line subscription in Finland. The document describes the terms and conditions for the available packages and telecommunication traffic.

General Terms and Conditions for Mobile subscription Packages

These general conditions apply for all services using the Telia, Elisa, and DNA carrier networks.

Mobile subscription Package Content

All Voice-enabled packages include a Enreach SIM card and an agreed amount of units as a mix of SMS/MMS and voice calls. Data packages contain an agreed amount of data that can be used on voice subscription or with Data only SIM. The duration of a call is rounded up to the next full minute and one SMS is a maximum of 160 characters to a single recipient. All packages include call termination to Enreach mobile including calls originally made to call service channels or the user’s fixed-line number.

If the package is exceeded an additional cost stated in the contract will apply. A package is restarted from the beginning of every month. A billing period is one calendar month and only full months are billed.

Roaming is when a user is using a mobile phone while traveling in another country (visited network). Users can roam at domestic prices, without extra cost, when traveling in the EU. This roam like at home principle is valid for any calls, SMS as well as data use. Beyond a fair use of roaming services at a domestic price, roaming surcharges may be applied to prevent abusive usage of roaming services. While traveling outside the EU the roaming prices for calls, SMS, and data usage will apply based on a separate roaming pricelist.

International calls mean calling a phone number of another country with a domestic mobile or fixed phone while the user is at home (home network). In this case, the calls are charged according to the international call rates defined separately in the international call rates pricelist.

 International calls are not included in the packages if not mentioned otherwise. Premium or special rate number charges are not included in the package and possible network charges are invoiced based on each package description.

Roam like at Home in EU (EEA) areas. EU has regulated mobile usage costs in the EU area. Calling, messaging and data costs are the same as in the home country but capped with a Fair Use limit in case of excessive consumption. Fair Use is related to the user’s monthly invoice level of domestic mobile services. Enreach is always meeting or exceeding service levels that have been set by authorities.    

General Terms and Conditions for fixed-line subscription services

These general conditions apply for all services using the fixed network.

Fixed-line subscription service Content

The fixed-line subscription includes a fixed-line number and an agreed invoicing method for voice calls. One invoicing unit is a minute and the duration of a call is rounded up to the next full minute. Calls that are placed and received by using IP Phone within the one company will be free of charge.

A package is restarted from the beginning of every month. A billing period is one calendar month and only full months are billed.

Premium or special rate number charges are not included in the package and possible network charges are invoiced based on each package description.

Mobile Package Specific Terms and Conditions

Consumption Based products

Mobile Flex

The package includes a Enreach SIM card. Mobile Flex does not include prepackaged mobile traffic in Finland but allows users to pay-as-you-go by the unit (call minute/SMS/MMS). Traffic is invoiced based on units used and the charge for units (SMS/MMS or call minute) is stated in the contract. Calls to voicemail are free-of-charge and valid while roaming in the EU. Call transfers to customers other Enreach subscriptions are free-of-charge. Call transfers to other directions are invoiced as a new call.

A separate package is required in order to enable PSTN calls from Teams/Skype-for-Business/IP-phone.

A separate data package can be chosen along with this product.

Roaming data and calls are charged as per actual usage and based on the latest Roaming price sheet. In the EU area cost are based on domestic pricing, with data consumption, this is valid until 25 Gb fair use policy is reached. Cost after fair-use data is informed within Roaming pricing and governate by the EU.

International, Premium, and special rate call charges will be based on additional service tariffs and additional network costs will apply to these call directions.

ExtraSIM Flex

ExtraSIM Flex has an additional cost attached to the user’s main mobile subscription package. ExtraSIM has MobileFlex package content (pay-as-you-go) and optionally a separate data package can be added. Without a data package, the usage of data is not possible.

Mobile Budget 1GB (DNA/Telia/Elisa) package

The package includes a Enreach SIM card. Mobile Budget includes unlimited¹ mobile traffic in Finland and the EU (roaming) towards normal rated domestic numbers. Any excess out-of-bundle traffic is invoiced according to the units used with network costs. Calls to voicemail are free-of-charge and valid while roaming in the EU. Call transfers to customers other Enreach subscriptions are free-of-charge.  Call transfers to other directions are considered as normal call traffic and invoiced as an outgoing call if not included in the package.

A separate package is required in order to enable PSTN calls from Teams/Skype-for-Business/IP-phone.

The package is for regular business use only. Use for other commercial purposes is prohibited and this includes offering call options to third-parties and/or sim boxes, sending spam or bulk-SMS (excessively sending SMS from one number and/or the offering to multiple receiving number(s)), and offering SMS capability to third parties and/or sim boxes. In the case of suspicion of unfair use or abuse, Enreach may suspend the mobile subscription and charge additional costs.

Product has enhanced data speed up to 150 (DNA) or 100 Mbs available in 4G home network. The package includes 1 Gigabytes (GB) data which is valid only for national and EU data usage and not when the user is roaming in rest of the world. Excess Data is invoiced based on 1 Gigabyte new package.

Roaming data and calls are charged as per actual usage and based on the latest Roaming price sheet. In the EU area costs are based on domestic pricing, with data consumption, this cost is valid until 25 Gb fair use policy is reached. Cost after fair-use data is informed within Roaming pricing and governate by the EU.

International, Premium, and special rate call charges will be based on additional service tariffs and additional network costs will apply to these call directions.

Mobile Basic 2GB (DNA/Telia/Elisa) package

The package includes a Enreach SIM card. Mobile Basic includes unlimited¹ mobile traffic in Finland and the EU (roaming) towards normal rated domestic numbers. Any excess out-of-bundle traffic is invoiced according to the units used with network costs. Calls to voicemail are free-of-charge and valid while roaming in the EU. Call transfers to customers other Enreach subscriptions are free-of-charge. Mobile 50/150 4G (DNA)

Package includes a Enreach SIM card. Mobile 50/150 4G includes unlimited¹ mobile traffic in Finland and EU (roaming) towards normal rated domestic numbers. Any excess out-of-bundle traffic is invoiced according to the units used with network cost. Calls to voicemail are free-of-charge and valid while roaming in EU. Call transfers to customers other Enreach subscriptions are free-of-charge. Call transfers to other directions are considered as a normal call traffic and invoiced as outgoing call if not included in to the package.

Mobile Data Package Specific Terms and Conditions

Mobile DataSIM

Mobile DataSIM is needed when a data-only service is been used. Data packages are activated into DataSIM subscription or into Mobile Flex package. Invoiced service costs are DataSIM, chosen data package, and possible package exceeding consumption.

IoT Data (DNA/Telia/Elisa)

4G data speed is reduced to 128 Kbit/s in this package. The package includes 200 Megabytes (MB) data which is valid only for national and EU data usage and not when the user is roaming in the rest of the world. Excess Data is invoiced based on 1 Gigabyte new package. 

Roaming data is charged as per actual usage and based on the latest Roaming price sheet. In the EU area costs are based on domestic pricing, with data consumption, this cost is valid until 1 Gb fair use policy is reached. Cost after fair-use data is informed within Roaming pricing and governate by the EU.

Mobile Data 1 GB (DNA/Telia/Elisa)

4G data speed is 150 or 100 Mbs in this package. The package includes 1 Gigabyte (GB) data which is valid only for national and EU data usage and not when the user is roaming in the rest of the world. Excess Data is invoiced based on 1 Gigabyte new package.

Fixed-line subscriptions Specific Terms and Conditions

Fixed Flex Number

This is a subscription enabling PSTN calls from IP phone, Voice for Windows by Enreach, Teams phone or Web phone. The package can be enhanced with a business number, or personal use as well as TLA (Teleliikennealue) numbers.    

Fixed Flex Number subscription does not include pre-packaged traffic in Finland but allows user to pay-as-you-go per minute. Traffic is invoiced based on minutes used and the charge for minutes is stated in the contract. Calls to voicemail are free-of-charge. Call transfers to customers other Enreach subscriptions are free-of-charge. Call transfers to other directions are considered as normal call traffic and invoiced as an outgoing call.

Premium and special rate call charges will be based on additional service tariffs and additional network costs will apply to these call directions.

This subscription is also used when a company has a number that serves the Enterprise functions (i.e. non user-specific). Enterprise functions are typically the main number for the Switchboard, or Sales and Support call service channels. All calls forwarded from service channels number (queue) towards customers Enreach mobile users are free-of-charge. Call transfers to other directions are considered as normal call traffic and invoiced as an outgoing call.

There is a monthly fee for Fixed Flex Number subscription.   

Fixed Unlimited

This is a package to enable PSTN calls from IP phone, Voice for Windows by Enreach, Teams phone, or Web phone.

Fixed Unlimited includes unlimited¹ calls to national destinations from a VoIP device for regular business use. Any excess out-of-bundle traffic is invoiced according to the units used with network costs. Calls between customer VoIP devices and towards voicemail are free-of-charge. Call transfers to customers other Enreach subscriptions are free-of-charge. Call transfers to other directions are considered as normal call traffic and invoiced as an outgoing call if not included in the package.

Premium and special rate call charges will be based on additional service tariffs and additional network costs will apply to these call directions.

The package is for regular business use only. Use for other commercial purposes is prohibited e.g. offering call options to third parties and/or Call Center type usage. In the case of suspicious or unfair use or abuse, Enreach may suspend the subscription and charge additional costs.

Fixed Unlimited with Mobile

If both Mobile and Fixed Unlimited are needed, then Mobile unlimited package pricing includes Fixed Unlimited product.

Queue Call Number

This is a package to enable PSTN calls from company Queue. The package can be enhanced with a business number, Service number or TLA (Teleliikennealue) numbers. Queue call package includes unlimited¹ call allocations and transfers to company internal mobile and VoIP destinations from the queue. Call allocations and transfers to other directions are considered as normal call traffic and invoiced as outgoing calls. Premium and special rate call charges will be based on additional service tariffs and additional network costs will apply to these call directions.

The package is for regular business use only. Use for other commercial purposes is prohibited e.g. offering call options to third parties. In the case of suspicious or unfair use or abuse, Enreach may suspend the subscription and charge additional costs.

Free queuing feature (i.e. Toll-Free queuing) is supported.

Service number 0800 (FI fixed)

0800-numbers are free for callers (toll free numbers) and actual received calls incl. calls in queue are charged from customer per minute based.

Service number 0900/0100/0200/0300/0600 (FI fixed)

The 0900 numbers are reserved for public utility services (palveluryhmä I -yleishyödylliset palvelut). The 0600 numbers are reserved for consulting and ordering services (palveluryhmä I -yleishyödylliset palvelut ja palveluryhmä II -asiointipalvelut).

Internal call Package

Internal call package includes a user’s all company unlimited¹ internal calls from fixed (IP Phone) and mobile terminals with a monthly fee. Numbers that are called must be Enreach subscriptions and allocated into the same company in the agreement. This package includes both domestic and international internal calls and a customer does not have to pay network fees nor international call termination costs when dialing internally.

Service is activated to all company users.

[1] Unlimited fair use policy is defined as max. 3000 units (call minute/SMS/MMS). Any excess out-of-bundle traffic is invoiced according to the units used with network costs.

[2] Unlimited fair use policy for national data usage is max. 200GB. In the case of excessive data usage, Enreach has the right to renegotiate the invoiced costs.
