Voice menu

BeneVoice users can activate the special way of the inbound call handling for example when having a holiday. Voice menu is activated by setting the call transfer to menu in user settings. Transfer to menu can be set for availabilities “Do not disturb” and “Off work”. In a case of direct mobile calls, the menu transfer can be set for all calls. Voice menu can be also linked fixed for custom availability profiles like “Holiday”, this can be made by the administrator on behalf of the user. The menu provides a caller a notification “The person you are trying to reach is not, at work if you want to call to be transferred to mobile phone select 1, to leave a message select 2, business-related matters, select 3”. The user can define the transfer number used with selection 3 (business-related matters).
