This setting defines how the call privacy is set for new direct calls.

Undefined

Calls are handled as private unless specified for other types of processing.

Private

Calls are visible only to you. Recordings aren't accessible to others. Itemized calls to premium service numbers might appear on an invoice if legally or otherwise required. You can change the privacy within 14 days.

Work

Calls may be visible to others as they are treated as company-related work calls. Rules apply to visibility and to data transfers to other systems, which are accessible only to necessary parties for work tasks. You can change the privacy within 14 days.
