Calls settings

Terminals

List of terminals where incoming calls are offered based on the Offering mode setting. Calls are only offered to active terminals.

Call offering mode

Defines whether the calls are offered to the terminals one by one or simultaneously.

One by one:

  • Call alerts in active terminals starting from top of the terminals list and the moving down the list to the next terminal

Simultaneously

  • Call alerts in all active terminals at same time

Display number

The selected number is displayed for the callee when you make a call.

Alerting time

The time the call is alerting on the terminals. After this time, the call is either disconnected or transferred.

Call waiting

This setting defines how calls are routed to your terminals.

Call recording

Your calls are recorded according to this setting. Please note: service calls may have their own recording settings.

DTMF controls are as follows:

** - Start recording
*# - Stop recording
#* - Start recording, whole call is saved
## - Stop recording and delete the recording

This setting can be changed only in Portal.
