Manage other users' settings

With sufficient user permissions you can manage other user’s settings.

At top of General settings you can select any other user from the drop down menu at top right:

In the example below, another user has been selected and their settings can be edited in all setting pages:

Clicking on the red x icon at top right stops editing the selected user and returns you to your own settings.

General settings:

Show details opens the user’s directory contact. See more at Contacts, VoiceHub

User’s current availability is displayed and can be changed.

Show queue membership displays the service queues the user is a member of. See more at Single user view

User’s profile picture is also displayed if the picture has been set.
