Profile

You can upload your own profile picture. This will be visible to other users as well under https://benemen.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ENGINE/pages/edit-v2/2398191623

You can delete your current profile picture if you don’t want to keep using it.

Show details link shows you profile contact information.

Show queue membership displays the service queues you are a member of. See more at https://benemen.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PD/pages/2231468051

Language and region

Language - Language of user interfaces and your own voicemail. Supported languages are:

• English (US)

• Suomi

• Svenska

• Nederlands

Announcement language - Language of announcements played for callers, such as those played before call is transferred elsewhere, voicemail message etc.

Region - Defines the user's time zone.

Finnish emergency area - Finnish emergency call routing area name.

German address for emergency calls

Optional feature

Calls to emergency call center in Germany are required to automatically include location information of the caller. This information is required for directing emergency services to your location when needed. Voice Center can be used to review and change the location information.

Please note: If this feature is not enabled for you, then please contact Enreach support to enable it.

You may already have a predefined location specified, for example your German work place address. This can be changed whenever needed by you. Please keep the information up to date with your current location.

Work schedule

Define daily start and end times for your work schedule.

If work time is not defined, the system handles calls continuously as work calls.

When work time starts

• Availability is automatically set to Available

When work time ends

• Availability is automatically set to Off work

Availability can be still changed manually if needed.
