Password

Change your password to a new one. Enter a strong enough new password to use.

Password requirements:

It must be at least 7 characters and should include lower and upper case letters, numbers and special characters

Please note: You will be signed out after changing the password and need to sign in again with the new password. It will take a few minutes before the new password can be used.

In some cases password changing has been disabled for your account. Please change your password in your own password management system or contact your local administrator.

PIN code

Change your PIN. It is used to authenticate when accessing the system via phone call for example when accessing voicemail messages. It must consist of digits only, and be between 4 and 10 digits long.

For security reasons your current PIN code cannot be displayed. If you forgot your PIN, you can simply set a new one.
