Call list status

  • This view is is based on individual callback and call list data and reacts to the selected callback list filter(s).

Note: If the lists are called from external systems (e.g. CRM), there should be no open cases in the lists. The number of active users shows how many users are logged in to the auto-allocation list e.g. Voice for Windows or Voice for Android and iOS user interfaces.https://benemen.atlassian.net/wiki/x/UACiXQ

  • KPIs

    • Open cases: number of open callback requests per list

    • Active users: number of active agents in the presented callback list
