Mobile usage mode

This setting defines the mobile device mode. The mode affects how the calls to your mobile number work: how they are routed to your device, how your call transfers are handled and which display number is used.

Please note: Be cautious when changing Mobile usage mode setting. The setting can modify how your call transfers are handled and which display number is used.

Full work use

  • Calls from the mobile device show the mobile number

  • Incoming calls are always passed to the mobile device

  • The mobile number uses its own call transfer targets

Otherwise:

  • Calls from the mobile device show the work number

  • Service calls / Work number calls are routed to the mobile device according to terminal priority and allocation style settings

  • The work number and mobile number use the same transfer targets

Not in work use

  • Service calls / Work number calls are not routed to the mobile device

  • Calls from the mobile device show the mobile number

  • Incoming calls to the mobile number are passed straight to the mobile device

  • The mobile number uses its own call transfer targets

Partial work use

  • Calls from the mobile device show the mobile number

  • Incoming calls to the mobile number are passed straight to the mobile device.

  • The mobile number uses its own call transfer targets

  • Service calls / Work number calls are not routed to the mobile device.

Otherwise:

  • Service calls / Work number calls are routed to the mobile device according to terminal priority and allocation style settings

Mobile stays in work use

Keeps mobile number in work use if defined by mobile usage mode setting even if user availability is yellow off-work status.

Additional mobile call settings

Alerting time

Defines the time that a call alerts on the terminals. After this time, the call is either disconnected or transferred. Can be selected between 20 to 120 seconds.

Call waiting

Defines what happens to incoming calls when another call is already active.

Call waiting - New call during ongoing call is offered to terminals for call waiting.

Busy during active call - Incoming calls get busy signal when a call is active.
