  • Listen user call recordings: A user with group manager privileges can listen to service queue recordings from the user account

  • Access direct work calls” allow the group manager to view the user's incoming and outgoing direct calls. Calls marked as private are not visible to the group manager. With both choices “listen user call recordings” and “Access direct work calls” allow group manager also listen to direct incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Prohibit access to service call recordings: Queue call recordings are available to the group managers if not prohibited.

As a new functionality, an administrator can view and edit queues in the groups. Display numbers can be viewed by the administrator, but editing will be done by Enreach support.

An administrator can add and remove members of the management group. A Manager of the group can be chosen as manager if user has Group Manager product provisioned.

An agent can view queues and callbacks in the group, if the agent has proper products provisioned.

Creating a management group

Customer administrators can create a management group via the portal. A manager’s permissions regarding call recording listening are limited to Enreach support. The administrator can view the listening settings.

Administrators can add users before activating the management group.

Version 2.116 - Released 28.9 2022

New Features

A "what's new" announcements

A New Portal landing page for "what's new" announcements is introduced. A user receives a notice “New version released“. Here we do inform our customers about new features and improvements related to the Portal by Enreach ordering and subscription management tool.

Notice is a link to a more detailed description.

A user can also view older announcements

  • Now data transmission is blocked when a domestic data package has been exhausted for Telia Sweden subscriptions.

Telia Sweden Top-Up model

Enreach Telia Sweden subscribers do have a new top-up functionality available.

A portal administrator can view their settings via Phone Role settings

There are two models available:

  1. Automatic top-up model

An automatic top-up will allow seamless data usage. At invoicing, in the example case, the data package is charged in 5GB bundles according to the customer contract.

2. Manual top-up model

A manual top-up model allows customers to control how many packages the end-user can consume.

A manual top-up process has the following steps:

An end-user will receive an SMS when 95% of the mobile data package has been consumed. After 100% of the data is consumed, data runs out completely.

  1. The End-user will contact the customer portal administrator, asking for a top-up of the data package.

  2. The customer portal administrator finds the end-user subscription in the portal and has the ability to see the top-up options for refilling the data package.

The portal administrator can top-up more data for the End-User and also view roaming data consumption.
