Easier management of multiple pools and users

Pool users view - see all agents who are members of any service pool in one list view
Single users view - open up any agent to see which pools they are members of and manage their status
Added pagination for Pools and Pool users views - number of rows can be now selected, and large amount of pools and users can be handled faster
