Contacts view displays all the contacts in your organization’s directory. In addition to contact details, you can also see who is available.You can select between directories from top bar with All contacts drop down.

Each contact is listed with their photo, name, possible availability information, directory name and an indicator for an ongoing call:

Directory selection

Directories can be selected at top of the screen via All contacts menu in above screenshot. This opens a new bottom menu which controls which contacts are displayed:

  • All contacts - includes all directories and items below

  • Directory contacts - if more than one directory is available then they are listed below this menu item individually

  • Local contacts - your mobile device’s local contact list

  • Favorite contacts - contacts which have been selected as favorite on this app

The search function operates by typing search term in to the Search contacts text input at top. Searching starts as soon as at least two letters have been typed in.

You can search with :

  • First name or last name - or part of them

  • Phone number - or part of it

Selecting a contact opens the contact details:

  1. Back to contact list

  2. Categorize. You can set all direct calls with this contact automatically to Private or Work or Undefined. Please note: automatic categorization can be used only if your Call privacy default setting is set as Undefined.

  3. Edit contact. Depending on your permissions, you can edit the contacts' details.

  4. Photo.

  2. Favorite. Set a contact as favorite. Favorites can be accessed from contact list’s top bar drop down.

  3. Call or send an SMS. Opens a slider where you can select to either call or to send an SMS. These are done with phone’s native dialer or SMS messaging app.

  4. Send email. Opens your phone’s email app.
