Note: The signing in process below is only for the standalone Voice for Browser. If you are using it embedded in Salesforce or Dynamics365 then you are signed in automatically without the need for signing in manually.

Two authentication modes are available:
Classic authentication - sign-in with EnreachCloud username and password
Enreach Identity - sign-in by authenticating with external identity provider
These modes are determined by your organization on behalf of their users.

To sign in:
Enter your email address
Click Next
Now the system determines which authentication mode is in use for you, and directs you to the next required step.
Classic authentication
If Classic authentication is in use, then in the next screen, you need to give your password:
Eye icon in the password field allows you to view the password you have entered.
Enreach Identity
If Enreach Identity is in use, then the sign-in process depends on how your organization authenticates its users. The screens and steps required may vary.

Permissions
After signing in you may be prompted for missing permissions
Microphone is required to take and make calls
Notifications are optional but recommended. If you give permission, then you will be notified about incoming calls with an on-screen popup. Popup notification is displayed even when the Voice for Browser window is hidden or minimized. See more at https://benemen.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PD/pages/794787970
Clicking on Enable microphone or Enable Notifications makes the browser prompt for permission:
After you have given at least the microphone permission you are able to continue:
Please note:
To be able to give permissions, you need to have a microphone connected.
If you reload the Voice for Browser window, you need to sign in again. Any ongoing calls are also lost when the browser window is reloaded.
Blocked permissions
If permissions are blocked in the browser, then you need to go to your browser’s settings to enable permissions. Voice for Browser tells you if the permissions are blocked:
Instructions for Google Chrome:
Click on the lock symbol in Chrome’s address bar to view permissions.
Enable the required permission switches for Microphone and Notifications,
or click Reset permissions button to let Voice for Browser ask about the permissions again:
After changing the permissions, you are required to reload the page:

After signing in successfully, you are taken to the Contacts view.
