Queue users

Queue users view displays all users who are members in any service queues. Specific user can be found with a search function and their settings can be edited. This view allows accessing specific service queue users faster than the Service queue management view.

Queue users view can be accessed at Service queue management from the top bar icon:

Main view has a search box at top, and beneath it, all service queues' members are listed alphabetically:

Selecting any of the users opens that user in a new view. This view displays the user's status and all service queues the user is member of:

User can be set active or inactive on any of the service queues with a switch. User can be removed from a service queue with the red trashcan icon.

Clicking on the service queue opens that queue in Service queue management and allows editing of the user’s (and other users') settings in that queue, such as skill level.

All views can be refreshed by dragging down the view. This will fetch the latest data for the view.
