Voicemail service combines all numbers of a user to one single voicemail regardless of whether a call was received to the work number or the mobile number.

Voicemail can be enabled automatically according to customer preference. Activation or changing call transfer settings to voicemail is possible in the user settings. Users can access their voicemail through dialing into a specific number, in UI, or in email.

Voicemail has a pre-recorded default greeting, which can be also personalized. A voicemail greeting can be entered as text and it will be read by text-to-speech. Recorded messages via the voicemail menu (IVR) can be also used to record a personalized message. The text-to-Speech engine supports several languages.
