Both Android and iOS are supported. iOS support will be available on version 2025.1.0.

Smart caller info displays information about an incoming call on phone in two use cases:

  1. Show the contact’s name if it has a match in directory

  2. Show service queue’s name if the call is an incoming service call. On iOS this depends if the queue is configured to display the queue name for a call from the queue.

Android requirements

Network access is required when fetching information about a service queue name.

Requires an Enreach product with permissions for call legs for displaying service queue name.

Android 10 or newer is required.

Android functions

When an incoming call is received and the required settings enabled, you will see an information area on top of your screen while the phone is ringing.

Information area can be moved up and down by dragging it, and can be closed from the X at top right.

Use case 1 - contact from directory

Callers name, photo and phone number are displayed.

Use case 2 - service call

Service queue name and caller's phone number are displayed.

How to enable?

Smart caller info needs to be enabled from the app settings.

You can access the app settings via side bar on front page: Settings > Call settings > Smart caller info.

You then need to set your Default caller ID app:

Smart caller info can be used also on iPhone.

Use case 1 - contact from directory

Service queue name and caller's phone number are displayed.

How to enable?

Smart caller info needs to be enabled from app settings.

You can access the app settings via side bar on front page: Settings > Call settings > Smart caller info.

First, you need to set your Call Blocking & Identification app:

Next, you need to upload organization’s phone numbers into the application:

Once the uploading is done successfully, you can start using the Smart caller info.

The phone numbers in your phone can be refreshed to include any changes to your organization’s phone numbers:

Refresh button above opens a dialog where you can do the refresh or disable the Smart caller info:
