Voicemail is available for personal use and for service pools.

Personal voicemail service can receive voice messages for a user when unable to answer a call. Single voicemail is used regardless of whether a call was received to the work number or the mobile number.

Personal Voicemail can be enabled automatically according to customer preference. Activation or changing call transfer settings to voicemail is possible in the user settings. Users can access their voicemail through dialing into a specific number, in UI, or in email.

Service pool voicemail can be used if the service pool call is needed to be routed in some cases to voicemail.

Voicemail can use a pre-recorded default greeting, which can be also personalized. A voicemail greeting can be entered as text and it will be read by text-to-speech. Recorded messages via the voicemail menu can be also used to record a personalized message.
