Here, you can set up how calls to your mobile number and work number are transferred and define your audio language and menu target number. Work number transfers can also have an announcement that is played to the caller before the call is transferred. Your mobile usage mode setting affects your mobile number transfers.
When your mobile usage mode setting is set to 'Not in work use' or 'Partial work use'. Your work number and mobile number use different transfers.
For the mobile number, you can set:
Transfer calls to: Transfers incoming mobile number calls to a defined number immediately.
Transfer if not answered: Transfers incoming mobile number calls to a defined number if not answered during the alerting time.
For the work number, you can set:
Transfer if no answer: Transfers incoming work number calls to a defined number if not answered during the alerting time.
: Transfers incoming work number calls to a defined number immediately when this availability is active.
: Transfers incoming work number calls to a defined number immediately when this availability is active.
When your mobile usage mode setting is set to 'Full work use':
No answer: Transfers incoming work number and mobile number calls to a defined number if not answered during the alerting time.
