Smart caller info displays information about an incoming call on Android phone in two use cases:

  2. Show service queue’s name if the call is an incoming service call (requires that your phone number is provided by Enreach)

Android functions

When an incoming call is received and the required settings enabled, you will see an information area on top of your screen while the phone is ringing.

How to enable?

How to enable?

Smart caller info needs to be enabled from app settings.

You can access the app settings via side bar on front page: Settings > Call settings > Smart caller info.

First, you need to set your Call Blocking & Identification app:

Next, you need to upload organization’s phone numbers into the application:

Once the uploading is done successfully, you can start using the Smart caller info.

The phone numbers in your phone can be refreshed to include any changes to your organization’s phone numbers:

Refresh button above opens a dialog where you can do the refresh or disable the Smart caller info:
