Contacts view displays all the contacts in your organization’s directory. In addition to contact details, you can also see who is also available.
You can select between directories from top bar with All contacts drop down. You may also have your mobile contacts available here. It’s also possible to make your phone’s contacts available on other BeneVoice user interfaces with Personal directory.
