Benemen offers a voicemail service, which combines all numbers of a user to one single voicemail regardless whether a call was made to the work number or the mobile number.
Voicemail can be enabled automatically according to customer preference. Activation or changing call transfer settings to voicemail is possible in BeneDesk. Users can access their voicemail through dialing into a specific number or via BeneDesk.
Voicemail has a pre-recorded default greeting and which can be personalized via BeneDesk. A voicemail greeting can be entered as text and it will be read by text to speech voice. Recorded message via voicemail menu (IVR) can be also used to record a personalized message. Benemen Text-to-Speech engine supports several languages.
There are two kind of Voicemail licenses:
Personal voicemail, SMS notification
Personal voicemail, SMS notification is only an option in combination with a Benemen Mobile subscription.
Personal voicemail, Email notification
With Personal voicemail, Email notification, the voicemail can also be sent via email as a recorded file.
