German address for emergency calls

Calls to emergency call center in Germany are required to automatically include location information of the caller. This information is required for directing emergency services to your location when needed. Voice Center can be used to review and change the location information.

Please note: If this feature is not enabled for you, then please contact Enreach support to enable it.

You may already have a predefined location specified, for example your German work place address. This can be changed whenever needed by you. Please keep the information up to date with your current location.

To change your address:

1. Open Voice Center Settings

2. Go to section German address for emergency calls

3. Review your current Post code, Street name and House number

4. If needed, make changes and click Save button below the section
