View pool status on queue length, maximum wait time, number of serving users, etc.
Management of the service pool members and their skill levels
Add new users

Activate/disable users
Change users' skill level (Skill level is defined on a scale of 1-10, where 1 is the weakest and 10 is the best)
Copy pool’s users to other pools
Copy user’s pools to other users
Management of the service pool priority
Prioritize calls between pools
