BeneVoice for Teams enables telephone functionality inside Teams client. The users can make and receive calls with their own personal phone number. Teams client can be used alongside the other phone terminals used in BeneVoice with the same phone number(s), including personal mobile number if needed. ​BeneVoice capabilities complement Microsoft Teams, providing e.g. Inbound/outbound phone calls with a single mobile number, service pools, hunt groups & call center, call recording, unified voicemail, call reporting, etc.​ BeneVoice and Teams integration is made as server-side deployment, client-side configurations and setups are not needed.
