Phone call classification functionality allows performing categorization of the incoming/outcoming service calls in the UIs (BeneVoice Voice for Windows, BeneVoice Voice for Android, and IOS) It's based on the tags that the administrator has created in the admin tools. There can be configured consequence/cascading logic, applied selection rules to the tags within each group. Classification tags appear on the screen once the call is answered or ended depended on the service pool based settings.
