With sufficient user permissions you can manage other user’s settings.
At top of General settings you can select any other user from the drop down menu at top right:
For example, another user has been selected and now all their settings are loaded in to all setting pages:
Please note, edited user’s profile picture is not displayed here in settings. It can be seen at Contacts.
Clicking on the red x icon at top right stops editing the selected user and returns you to your own settings.
User’s availability can be changed at Contacts, VoiceHub
Queue memberships and settings can be changed at Single user view
