Introduction

Fixed line packages are designed for non-Enreach countries for international numbering and outbound calling. Packages are attached to a user’s number. The zone based Direct Inward Dialing (DID) number is purchased and provisioned before the outbound calling package is attached to it.

For outbound calling one invoicing unit is a minute and the duration of a call is rounded up to the next full minute. Calls which are placed and received by using IP-Phone within the one company will be free of charge.

A package is restarted from the beginning of every month. The billing period is one calendar month and only full months are billed.

Numbering products

Enreach can offer different international telecommunication solutions according to the customer needs. In those countries (Enreach-countries; FI, SWE, DK, UK, PL) where Enreach is an operator, services are described in the country specific documentation.

Call service channel numbering

Enreach offers international numbers for queues and conferencing purposes, which allow multiple simultaneous calls per Direct Inward Dialing (DID) number. Typical use cases are office switchboard and service desk queue numbers. Numbers can be allocated from local and national number ranges.
