New Enreach style

  • App has a new Enreach style with updated fonts, colors and icons.

Changes

  • 31 day limit added to Call history search.

  • New call type “Callback created” added to Service calls.

  • Terminology consistent with the industry standards: pools are now queues.

  • Technical queues are now indicated with an icon in Service queue management. Technical queues are hidden by default, but can be made visible with filtering.

  • Added a call result text inside history view to clarify the result and direction of a call.

  • Media player added to call details view.

User area

  • User area accessed from front page has been changed from dialog to a new layout.

  • You can now navigate to app's device settings from the user area.

Settings

  • Settings are now available in user area

  • Additional settings have been added. The new settings view will allow you to change settings that were previously unavailable.

  • Call transfer and call recording settings have been moved to the new settings view.

Availability

  • Availability can now be terminated from the availability view.

  • Upcoming availabilities are now displayed in the availability view.

Display number

  • The default display number is now shown. For mobile users, the default display number can change based on the mobile usage mode.
