Callback
The Callback features are used in the Voice for Android and iOS to manage the following events:
Callback list items can be grouped by caller number between call lists and service pools
Callback item can be closed automatically when handled by the agent
When an agent opens a callback item, the item is automatically reserved
The callback must be implemented into use per user. The implementation requires a few steps to make in Voice Center and in Voice for Android and iOS.
As the callback is a Voice for Android and iOS feature on the users' side, the more detailed user instructions can be found on the Voice for Android and iOS user guide.
Callback for mobile users in Voice Center
There has to be done some settings in Voice Center, to be able to use the CallBack feature in oice for Android and iOS.
Open Call handling
Select a call list from the dropdown menu
Click the Search button to open the list
To select persons to the list, click the Manage button
Select the users from the list
Save the changes with the Save button
* Notice! The name of the call list is shown on the upper left-hand corner of the list.
