Work schedule

Define daily start and end times for your work schedule in Voice Center.

If work time is not defined, the systems handles calls continuously as work calls.

Availability is automatically set to "Off work" when work time ends and to "Available" when work time starts. Availability can be still changed manually if needed.

To set work schedule:

  • Select Yes from the Change availability work time based drop down menu

  • Set your start time and end time for each day of week

  • Save settings

To disable work schedule:

  • Select No from the Change availability work time based drop down menu

  • Save settings
