Post-call transcriptions in VoiceHub

Please note this is an optional feature and may not be activate for you.

This view displays your call recording converted to text with a speech-to-text functionality.

Transcripts tab has the call recording at top. Below, the call is displayed as speech bubbles. Hovering the mouse over a bubble displays the confidence of the given text and the language detected.

Bubble color is lighter if the confidence is lower and darker if the confidence is higher.

If there are multiple recordings in a call, then you can select between the transcripts of each recording.
