  • Added: Embedded Voice for Browser phone into VoiceHub, enabling phone calls directly within VoiceHub. This feature is optional and disabled by default but can be enabled per user.

  • Changed: The duration of ongoing service calls is now displayed to users

  • Changed: The "Ongoing call" and "Wrap-up" columns have been combined into a single "Call" column in the Queue users and Queue details views

  • Changed: When managing other users' settings, the availability information is no longer displayed for users who do not have availability settings configured
