Group manager and Supervisor licenses

Group manager

This license has following permissions:

  • Group manager permissions are limited to their management group

  • Management group consists of users, service queues and callback lists

Group manager can:

  • Monitor and manage service queues

  • Monitor and manage callback lists

  • Listen to call recordings if specific permission is granted

  • Activate and deactivate users in service queues

  • Manage users' availability information and other settings

  • Search and listen to service calls

    • Searching is limited only to the calls from service queues

    • Search criteria can be selected

    • 250 service calls are fetched at time

Supervisor

In addition to above, Supervisor can:

  • Manage all service queues - also add or remove users from service queues

  • Manage users' availability information and other settings for any user in the organization

  • Create and manage classification schemas
