You can create upcoming availabilities which take place in the future. You can set start and end time, call transfer, and note text for an upcoming availability.

For example, if you know you will be on a business trip whole week, you can set that availability state beforehand and it will be automatically switched on at the starting time. This will let your colleagues know where you are and your calls to be transferred as needed.

This view can be accessed in from top right of the screen from the bottom of navigation menu:

The list displays all your upcoming availabilities if you have any:

Your current active availability state is not listed here. It can be seen and selected at bottom of the navigation menu.

At top right Add new button allow you to create new upcoming availability. See below.

The list has the following columns:

Add new upcoming availability

Clicking on the Add new button opens a dialog:

Availability - select any of your availability states. Read more about how availabilities work:EnreachVoice User Availability, Presence and UserStatus

Time - select start and end time for the upcoming availability.

Continuous - instead of end time, you can stay in the selected availability indefinitely.

Please note, if you have an active work schedule in your settings then you will automatically be set as Available according to your work schedule. To not have the work schedule stop your upcoming availability, please set an end time instead of Continuous - or alternatively disable your work schedule.

Transfer number

No transfer - calls are not transferred during the availability.

Voicemail - transfer all calls to your voicemail.

To number - enter a number where all calls are transferred.

Note - Optional text which is displayed instead of availability name. This can be seen by other users in your organization in Contacts, Queue users, Queue details, etc. For example, “Business trip to Stockholm”.

Close button cancels the adding. Create button creates the availability.

Edit upcoming availability

Click on any of the rows in the list to edit. Similar dialog is opened as in adding a new one. You are not able to change the availability state but rest of the details can be edited.

If you need to change the availability state of an upcoming availability, then you need to delete the old one and create a new one with the desired availability state.
